The hotel is in a wonderful location right by Charles Bridge on the Castle side of the river, in a very central spot with very little traffic. The rooms offer decent facilities with a hidden terrace and a very comfy bed on the lower floors. The service provided by the staff, including the waiter remonstrating to fellow guests and staff, and housekeeping, was satisfactory. The dining experience included hot waffles with a hot option, though the fries could have been better. The facilities are well-maintained.
